Entertaining area ready to go in Northcote for the long weekend, bench seat, bbq section and feature wall all made from beautiful spotted gum decking!

= Port Melbourne Reno =

Shower with some light!!

Our Port Melbourne renovation is coming to an end, and it’s all coming together very very nicely! This project is a traditional terraced house that you would see a lot of around Melbourne. So you will know that there typically isn’t a lot of space in these types of houses, let alone natural light. So you have to get smart!

Here we made a change to the plan to create a large opening with a skylight to make that light beam off the walls. Not only does it light up the bathroom, but leaving the door open it also lights up the hallway. It’s a good decision 👌👌👌👌

= Vic Ash Desk =

Another project for nib wall that separates living and dining. Cladded with v-groove paneling. And custom curvy Vic Ash curved desk.

= Full Wall Bookcase =

Full Wall Custom Bookcase we installed at the start of last year in Southbank.

Access wasn’t great for this one, so we built it onsite. I’ve always liked using black Formply for cabinetry project, for me not only does it look great 👌it’s very strong/durable, with also being easy to clean and maintain.

If you live in an apartment and think that you can’t have a full wall custom bookcase because of access, well you can.

= Laundry Fit-out =

Custom Laundry Fit out we did at the back end of last year in Ressie, for beautiful clients Cara and Mark. Cara is a graphic designer with a lot of great ideas, she came with a specific brief and a set of very detailed plans all ready to go which was great!

Custom made internals made with black ply, and all doors/drawer fronts using deco Ply from . Vic ash for all timber. V-Groove paneling on the wall, in the end a very cool design.

= Spotted Gum Decking =

Back yard Spotted Gum decking, completed at the end of last year in Fitzroy North.

136mm x 19mm wide and thick spotted gum decking with beautiful features! Complete with an L-Shaped bench seat upon exit of the back door, and BBQ section to the right and a more than enough step down onto the back garden!

Perfect comfortable spot for entertaining, well so the best clients Paul and his partner Mel have let me know. Hit up Paul for all your PT Needs, best PT in Fitzroy North.

= Back Yard Pod =

It’s been a while between posts, but we’re back! And looking forward to a positive and exciting 2024!!

Here is a back yard studio/pod we created mid last year. Our client was a jeweller, she wanted a comfy and convenient space where she could create. Simple box style, well insulated and wrapped with ash shiplap cladding. Interior, simole design with hardwood ply for wall cladding and black ply for bench and storage.

= Birchply Kitchen = I did this fit in back in 2020, and I’ve only just got around to to getting pictures! Custom kitchen fitout made from birch plywood sourced from with recycled messmate for the floating shelves and bench top! Still looking good after a couple of year of use!

- Record player stand - Record player stand that I started when the first lockdown kicked in, I forgot about it a few times, worked on it a few times, but it’s finally done. 😂 I initially designed it to fit in a compact apartment with the idea of building up rather than side to side. All made from Blackwood. Happy to finally have it home! 😂

= Cooourbond Facade Reno =

Another Colourbond Facade Reno done. With removal of existing cladding, installation of insulation and monument colourbond cladding. Big transformation, it has come up a treat. 👍
