Please note that the Kindergarten IT Program helpdesk will be closed on Monday 27th January 2025. IT Support services will resume on Tuesday 28th January 2025 from 9AM.

Planned Phone Outage – Tuesday November 12th 9am - 11am

Our technicians are performing a changeover of our Kindergarten IT Program phone system between 9am - 11am on Tuesday November 12th.

During this period access to the helpdesk staff via phone using the 8664 7001 / 1800 629 835 numbers may be unavailable.

Melbourne Cup Day closure

Please note that the IT support will be closed on Tuesday 5th November 2024. IT Support service will resume on Wednesday 6th November 2024 from 9AM.

Our technicians are performing scheduled network maintenance on Monday October 28th between 5pm and 6pm. (Up to 1 hour)

During this period access to email and website services maybe unavailable while maintenance is undertaken.
