Supporting the Head of People & Culture, the Senior Payroll Officer will ensure that all key projects and reporting is completed to a high standard and that the integration of both HR and operational systems are seamless.

Today was our Monthly Team Recognition Day's at eStore Logistics. Its a chance for all of us to come together, site by site, to celebrate the achievements of all of the amazing team members that are doing the hard yards on the warehouse floor and that's important!

Without our operations team, their is no business. They are the wheels that keep us moving forward.

On top of our Monthly Recognition Day, this week our corporate team had the pleasure to meet and work along side the team on the warehouse floor. Our 'Get Amongst it' campaign was a complete success and from the feedback, our people are truly fabulous! Did somebody say up to $35 per hour for casuals up until early January????!!!!

Last week marked the end of our 4 week Mental Health Month program! Our team took the opportunity to recognise Mental Health Month throughout a 4 week program across October. With the assistance of , we held mindfulness sessions to take time out and meditate. We worked up a sweat with to get the endorphins released and start the day with a clearer mind. Acacia Connection () held EAP awareness sessions and healthy habits sessions that we could all learn from. Overall it was an amazing month that reminded us of the many things we need to keep front of mind.
