Toyoto Echo / Custom Clubsport Half Cage 😍 This was an exciting one - a model we didn’t have in the Chimera catalogue. We scanned up Chris’s car, designed the cage to fit, welded it up, powdercoated it & put it in for final fitment with the customer now able to hit the track 👌🏼

Through our VASS pathway, we’ve developed a proprietary method to evaluate the load-carrying behaviour of every Clubsport cage we build. Working with the team individually analyzes each design using advanced non-linear FEA, testing it across multiple critical load cases.
Our Nissan S15 Clubsport cage was pushed to ultimate failure in simulation, demonstrating up to 6 × the specified load capacity under these conditions. Based on FIA-style load cases, this analysis supports our VSB14 compliance pathway while providing deeper, data-backed insight into structural behaviour.
Simply put, the Chimera S15 Clusport cage can carry 2 elephants 🐘💪
