Recently we have prepared a detailed BOQ with all trade quantities and costings for this beautifully designed 5 No. Townhouse residential development project in Preston, VIC.

It consisted 5 units of G+1 townhouses, external services and soft & hard landscaping works.

Major works included bulk excavation for ground floor slabs, concrete reinforced bored piers, Concrete waffle slabs, brick veneered walls, timber wall, floor & roof framings, structural steel works and detail carpentry.

Finishes in this project consisted of laminated timber joinery with engineered stone benchtops, Ceramic floor & wall tiles from Volare, Architectural metal works, double glazed aluminium framed windows and sliding doors, colour bond roofing, carpet floors, concrete floor finish, and American oak stairs & handrails from Stairlock.

Sanitary fixtures & fittings from ECT Global, Appliances from Baumatic.

Services included hydraulics, electrical, mechanical & Fire services.
