It’s that time of the year again where diesel heaters are a must have if your planning holidays away in the winter months. We cover supply and install of diesel heaters or just installation if you already have a unit ready to go.
Our recommended unit for install is the
AU Focus 2kw system. Its the most popular unit now on the market and sits at a decent price in comparison to others high end units and all components are good quality unlike the cheaper heaters. Another year down! Thanks to all my customers old and new for using Southside RV. I haven’t had much time to be as productive as I would have liked this year on social media but getting the work done for my customers is number one. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all. Bus conversion completed!!!

So after 6 lockdowns and some finishing touches the bus conversion was completed a couple of months ago. I finally got out to take some photos of the finished product on the weekend.

Initially when I was contacted by the customer for this fitout I was excited to sink my teeth into something of this magnitude. Having a background of being in the caravan industry for quite some time I based the build around my knowledge from manufacturing and also incorporated some new tricks I learnt throughout the build.

Being a complete custom job there were some small issues that had to be ironed out but it was mostly smooth sailing.
The modern finishings in combination with the spacious layout is something I’m extremely proud of and the reason I love doing jobs like this.

The finished product wouldn’t have been possible without the help of some close friends who helped along the way. Also to Luke at Emu Caravan Repairs who handled most of the electrical fitout.

I can’t wait to get stuck into the next fit out.
