Deep Space is an immersion program for young people aged 18-25 with a focus on making connections, supporting others and fostering self-compassion.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, so we thought we’d share an update of what we’ve been doing behind the scenes! We’re super close to launching a next phase for Social Health Australia - we’re still doing companioning, which we love so much, but we’re also keen to make possible some new approaches to social health and addressing loneliness which we’re incredibly passionate about... think community, think place-based, think collective-care, think kindness ✨ It’s not too far off from all happening, and that’s only possible because of our wonderful volunteers and many lovely in-kind donations from local businesses and community - just to name a few, a big thank-you @marketlane @artstemsonlygon @sanimelbourne @movingmenau 💚🙏🩷 We have many others to acknowledge and thank too - please watch this space!
