Oh, here we go again! Hopefully only for a short 3 days. Our thoughts are with all the Year 11 and Year 12 students who have missed their School Ball for the second time due to covid shutdowns and for anyone else who missed out on something special this weekend.

I knew my skin was bad 😫

I normally always stay in a good skin routine but when the wheels fall off and I get tired, I fall into bed and ditch the night routine ...

I have a skin that does not fair well if it's not looked after

So, last week I had to have a Decongesting Facial!
Why? Because there was absolutely no point in doing micro
or power peeling and certainly not skin needling on a congested dare I say crapiolo skin 😡

AND... that was all I needed to get back on track. My skin already feels and looks better. I've upped my night time skin routine and ensured I'm including my punchier home products and I'm concentrating more on what I'm doing when cleansing and exfoliating.

How could I have avoided this?
* Take action quicker next time to rectify the damage

* Know that on the nights I'm tired a 2 -3 step routine can
get me across the line

* It's like brushing your teeth - you never go to bed without a
clean skin

* Ensure I'm thoroughly cleansing - cleanse and wipe with a
flannel or shammy all the way to the ear and into the
