You can stand firmly in what feels true for you without judgement of what feels true for another.

You can remain open.
Curious.
Willing to learn.
Willing to expand.

Even the clearest truth can reveal another layer when our perspective shifts.

So allow your truth to ground you — but never close you.

Allow it to open you.

Because there is no final destination where we suddenly have it all figured out.

Just an ever-unfolding journey of seeing, experiencing, learning and becoming.

It’s a funny thing, healing.

We spend so much of the journey trying to get to “the other side.”

Out of survival mode.
Out of trauma.
Out of victimhood.
Into becoming the creator of our own life.

And somewhere along the way… it starts to work.

We learn the tools. We become more self-aware. We learn how to hold ourselves through the hard days and trust that somehow, we’ll be okay.

But then something interesting happens…

The stronger you appear, the less people seem to think you need support.

Being capable of carrying yourself doesn’t mean you should always have to.

Strength doesn’t remove the need for tenderness.
Abundance doesn’t remove the need for generosity.
Self-awareness doesn’t remove the need to be seen.
Healing doesn’t mean we stop needing one another.

Maybe compassion was never supposed to be measured by how broken someone appears.

So hold a little more compassion.

For the person falling apart.

And for the person who appears to have it all together.

There is enough love.
There is enough support.
There is enough abundance.

Like a wise one once said, “The universe doesn’t live on a budget”

At the end of the day, it’s not really a certain person, place or thing that we are chasing.

It’s a feeling.
A vibration.
A state of being.

We tell ourselves it’s the new job, the new home, the new town, the relationship, the opportunity, the next chapter…

But if you keep turning inward and asking yourself:

“What do I believe that will make me feel?”

That is where the truth begins.

Because perhaps it’s freedom you’re seeking.
Peace.
Safety.
Love.
Belonging.
Purpose.
Excitement.
Connection.

That is what the soul is asking for.

Everything else is simply the physical manifestation of that feeling — something tangible that the logical mind can understand, attach to and chase.

But the beautiful part is… you don’t always have to wait for the thing to arrive before you allow yourself to feel what you’re seeking.

You can begin creating that state within you now.

And sometimes, when you look closely enough, you may realise that what you have been searching for is already here — just perhaps not in the form you expected.

And if it isn’t?

Then you’ve just been given the opportunity to see much more clearly what it is you’re truly asking for.

Stop chasing the form.
Connect with the feeling.
And allow the rest to find its way to you.
