For Level 10 results 80% is all about Nutrition, so our FREE exercise is follwed by 2 incredible nutrition energy bev , $5 donation to help you get in the best shape, energy and wellbeing of your life...FOR LIFE! Lots of FUN stuff at the Hub, Community building, friendships, education, recognition and celebration. It's a cool gig to be part of!

I had time to kill before line dancing this arvo. So
I walked along the esplanade. It’s quite a walk, but was worth looking at the scenery. That’s why I love 💝 where I live.
