Still on the loose, last seen Elliot Road and Tufnell Road.

I met a man who had tied his dog to the equipment. His dog was crying and stamping her feet in pain!
The man had shoes on so, had no idea how hot the rubber was.
He was literally COOKING HIS DOG while exercising.
