Fruity, floral, zesty, and full of energy, her bottles are made for picnics in the sun, long lunches with friends, and nights that spill over with laughter. Easy-drinking and always a little cheeky, her wines are easy to love and full of character.

We’re so excited to welcome as our wine maker feature this month! Currently produced in a variety of sheds in the Adelaide Hills, Les Fruits draws on its fruit from there, Barossa Valley and most recently McLaren Vale.

All vineyards are farmed naturally using organic and/or biodynamic principals. Winemaking is traditional, or as Les says “lazy” with a strict “do nothing unless it needs to be done” philosophy. More no-fi than lo-fi. No fining, no filtration, and only homeopathic doses of sulphur before bottling.
