A lot of our customers were aware of the crazy lead up to the end of November and we wanted to thank every single one of you for your patience and understanding during this time.

This Christmas we will be taking a little break and will be shutting the office from the 23rd December until the 4th January.

With the news of a lot of businesses closing their doors.. we are small family run business and a team of three, we are not in a position to be able to stop work. We are hoping to continue to run our business as usual. We do ask however that if any customers are collecting items for future orders or want to organise a meeting please reschedule with us if you are feeling under the weather.

To all of the families affected during these hard times. To all of the small businesses temporary closing their doors and to all of the businesses that are open but struggling to stay afloat.. we are here for you, we are all in this together. The amount of positive community spirit is heartwarming to see. The uncertainty of our future is slightly worrying, but the one thing we can do is continue to support local and support each other. Shop online with your favourite local stores, continue with your landscaping plans or kitchen renovation plans with your local landscaper or cabinet maker. As much as we all feel like it’s the time to bury our money in the backyard, it wouldn’t be the answer. We need to keep moving forward as much as we would normally but just slightly different this time. Supporting local isn’t just monetary, keep liking and commenting on posts, find new small businesses that have just entered the business world that you might be able to purchase a product or service from once this storm has calmed. Above all, remember to smile and show kindness to the people around you in the supermarket or on the street. We are all in this together, let’s keep supporting local. 💛

Please note we will be closed as of Saturday the 21st and re-opening on the 2nd January 2020. To get those last minute orders in before Christmas please allow a week so order cutoff will need to be Friday the 13th.

I re-wrote this three times and still can't really express it as well as I would like.
I have just witnessed the third Perth retailer similar to mine close. Three stores in just under 3 months.
Over the last year more local Mandurah (long standing) businesses have closed than I can keep track of.
How many local staff members have lost their jobs or had hours reduced? These people could be your Mum, brother, sister or best friend.
I know I have had to reduce my staff hours - Sorry Guys but Merry Xmas.....
PLEASE, Please give local small business the opportunity this Xmas season.
They may not have the endless pages of choice the online retailers have-
BUT they will have a friendly smile, great service and a genuine appreciation of every local sale made. And you will be giving a gift that supports our local economy - your local town. Keeps local people employed and perhaps one day may even employ your children.
So what do you say Mandurah & surrounds - Lets Keep our local economy alive - Buy at least one local gift this festive season.
