Round recap from the latest WA Production Car Series and what a weekend it was for the team at Precision Auto Haus.

With 2 sprint races throughout the day followed by a 40-minute endurance race, we came into the weekend expecting plenty of tweaks and fine tuning. The GR Yaris had only 10 minutes of practice following a complete ground-up build, while the 40 Year GTI was running recent suspension and wheel changes for the first time in competition.

Safe to say… the results spoke for themselves. 👊

A massive effort from the whole team, and an even bigger shoutout to Gavin, who secured his circuit license just 3 days before the event. His first outing in the car was Friday afternoon practice, making the weekend results even more impressive.

Podiums, progression, and plenty learned across both cars — exactly what we wanted from the round.

Now we keep charging into the rest of the season. 🔥🏁

Big few weeks in the workshop 👀🔧

We’ve been deep into converting a fully road-registered car into a compliant WASCC track weapon — and if you know, you know… the rules & regs are no joke. Getting the absolute most out of the car within those limits takes experience, precision, and a proper understanding of what works on track.

After testing and putting down some solid laps today, we’re calling it a huge success ✅ A few suspension tweaks over the weekend and it’ll only get quicker!

Now all eyes on Sunday — 3 races + a 40-minute enduro… it’s going to be a proper test for the Yaris 💥
