When FMS Group was engaged to deliver this major drill outage, the scope was extensive. During ex*****on, a failing rotary head and OEM component upgrades added further complexity to an already critical shutdown.

Drawing on extensive drill outage experience, our team identified issues early, adapted to evolving scope requirements and worked closely with the client and OEM to keep the project on track.

With 17 personnel mobilised and a total of 1,360 man-hours, FMS Group delivered the following results:
