A devastating fire may have changed this home, but it’s also the beginning of a new chapter.
We’re excited to work alongside our clients to bring this property back to life with a full internal rebuild and new roof structure and roof. Looking forward to transforming this house into a home again.

Big milestone achieved at our Richmond Hills Project, we’ve officially reached Practical Completion.

This project is a reflection of the hard work, commitment, and collaboration from everyone involved along the way. From planning through to final delivery, it’s been great to see the team’s effort and attention to detail bring the project to life.

A busy few weeks for the CJT Projects crew.

We kicked things off with a full bathroom demolition to make way for a fresh new renovation, with all new framing.

Back in the work shop, the team has been hard at work building custom joinery for our clients.

It’s always great seeing projects come together from the very beginning, from demo right through to finished result.

This is an exciting milestone at our Richmond build. 🌟

The stone tops have offially gone in — and we’ve gone for something truly different here. A natural white river stone with stunning veining and beautiful pops of burgundy that perfectly complement the green cabinetry.

For the butler’s pantry and vanities, we have chosen a natural textured stone to bring even more depth and character.

It’s all coming together now…. And this one is special. 🤍 🏡
