🧥 It's That Time of Year Again! 🧥

IDEAL Placements is now accepting donations for our Community Coat Racks.

If you have any used coats, jackets, hats, gloves, scarves, beanies, or even spare coat hangers that you no longer need, we'd love to put them to good use.

Your generous donations will help keep local individuals and families warm during the colder months. Every item donated goes directly toward supporting members of our community who may be doing it tough this winter.

Donations can be dropped off at your nearest IDEAL Placements office.

No matter how big or small, every contribution makes a difference.

Thank you for helping us spread warmth, kindness, and community spirit this winter.

As part of the are-able group IDEAL Placements came together with the wider group for National Reconciliation Week 2026 through our ‘All In Leaves of Country’ project.

Staff and participants from sites across the are-able group collected fallen native leaves from their local areas, decorated them, and acknowledged the Traditional Owners of the land where they live and work.

Each leaf represents a local place, a shared contribution and a commitment to reconciliation through learning, respect and action.

Together, the leaves have been brought into one artwork, showing that reconciliation is everyone’s responsibility, and that we are all in.

Thank you to every team, participant and site who contributed to this meaningful project.
