When Brad and I bought the business, one of the things we were most excited about was finally getting to enjoy some weekends away in the van.

A few weeks ago, Rose from stopped by to ask for some advice. She had recently purchased a second-hand coffee machine and wanted to learn how to look after it properly – what cleaning products to use, how often to clean it, and how to keep it running at its best. Of course, Andrew and I were more than happy to help. We showed Rose how to perform a proper clean, explained the maintenance schedule, and even went through how to change the screens and seals. She also took the opportunity to try our Dark & Delish coffee blend!

As Rose shared more about her beautiful property, I couldn't help but get excited... especially knowing there was a 9-hole golf course that I could easily use to persuade Brad into a weekend away! 😉 So, on Friday afternoon, we packed up the van (while inevitably forgetting a few things along the way) and headed off for a relaxing weekend.

What an incredible spot. Rose, you have created something really special. Your property is beautiful, and the food and drinks on offer are absolutely delicious.

While we were there, we also discovered that Rose's grinder wasn't working properly, so we've brought it back to the workshop to give it a little TLC. Hopefully, we'll have it back up and running for her very soon.

Rose is hoping to introduce a breakfast menu and expand her coffee offering, and I have genuinely loved being able to support her as she works towards those goals. It's amazing where a simple conversation over coffee can lead. ☕

Today, I told the team that we are doing a bring your doggie to work day!

From wagging tails and puppy cuddles to the occasional "quality control" inspection, our four legged friends certainly kept the team smiling throughout the day. ❤️
