Uncle Bing Bakery is incredibly grateful to have been part of this wonderful mission. Your support helps us provide care for animals in need and gives rescued pets a brighter future.
A very special shout-out to Alexander Cooper and his group of friends who came with their parents to help. Together we baked close to 500 cupcakes. Amy Ou Yang made lots of icing, we piped and decorated them, and everyone pitched in to make the boxes. A big thank you to Zhang Yang for the huge baking effort! Although it was tiring, we did it together! 🧁✨
Together, we’re proving that even the smallest acts of kindness can create a big impact. Thank you for helping us support the rescue animals who need us most.

Our trading hours for this week will be 7:30am – 1:30pm, or until sold out.
We’re doing our best to bake as much as we can every day, and truly appreciate all the love and support from Mackay ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for your understanding as we try our best to keep up with demand while also making sure our staff are not too overwhelmed or exhausted.
Last Saturday, all pastries sold out before 12pm! Thank you so much for the incredible support 😊 We will still have our specialty drinks, Supreme Cold Brew, and Matcha drinks available daily ☕🍵
