What started with one incident is now helping operations around the world extend asset life, improve safety, and reduce downtime.

A single failure in a tailings pipeline was the turning point that set us on our path to develop 2Censor’s abrasive wear monitoring technology.

We had seen first-hand the financial and environmental impact of unexpected wear failures. The clean-up, the downtime, and the safety risks were all preventable if the right information was available in time.

From that experience we set out to design a system that could deliver early and accurate wear detection in the harshest environments. Our patented sensors are embedded directly into wear components, sending real-time data to our cloud platform. Operators now know exactly when and where wear is occurring so they can act before it becomes a costly failure.
