2023/2024 Applicants

Carpenters:

- 6 Years Experiences or More
- White card
- Trade qualification (for the Carpentry positions)
- Hold a Current Drivers Licence
- Pass a DAS & pre-employment medical

Concreters & Form setters:

- Work unsupervised as well as part of a team

- Hold a Current Drivers Licence

- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

- Pass a DAS & pre-employment medical

- Have a minimum 3 years experience concreting, hand screeding and finishing

- Perform general formwork & reinforcement fixing

- Have relevant proven experience in a carpentry role

Trade Assistants:

- 2-3 years’ experience within the Building/Construction Industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Ability to multitask and be well organised.

- Hold a Current Drivers Licence

- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

- Pass a DAS & pre-employment medical

Supervisors:

- QBCC Building Supervisors licence held for minimum 12 months

- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

- Trade/Construction background

- Current drivers licence

- Pass a DAS & pre-employment medical

This Roles is FIFO and DIDO.

FIFO: Brisbane and Rockhampton 2/1, (2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off)

DIDO: Mackay & Bowen Basin (Paid Travel)

Locals: 5/2 , 8/6 (5 Days On / 2 Days Off , 8 Days On / 6 Days Off)

Additionally, you will:

- Conduct required inspection to maximise equipment utilisation
- Complete accurate Job Planning Sheets
- Be responsible for workshop tooling
- Set and maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Work within a team environment to meet deadlines
- Perform bucket, tray & chassis inspections, and repairs

The successful applicant, will have:

- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Experience working in a mining environment on heavy machinery
- Coal Board Medical
- Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
- Working at Heights certificate (desirable)
- Confined space certificate (desirable)
- Gas Test Atmospheres certificate (desirable)
- EWP (desirable)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Uncompromising attitude to safety
- BMA Inducted Highly Regarded
- Trade Assistant experiences

- Have a minimum 3 years experience concreting, hand screeding and finishing
- Perform general formwork & reinforcement fixing
- Have relevant proven experience in a carpentry role
- Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical Highly Regarded
- BMA Inducted Highly Regarded
- CMG Inducted

About the role:



We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the Civil Division based in Mackay. This role is casual with flexible working hours.

You will be working in the office at one of our Principle Contractor Workplace


The Office Administration role provides general administrative and secretarial support services as required to the project lead and project team. In addition to this, ensure that project costs are accurately forecast, monitored and communicated to finance team to ensure that all costs are on charged to clients in line with the contract and project overheads meet target.
