Congratulations to our friend Nicola McDermott on the wonderful achievement of winning a silver medal in the women’s high jump. A big shout out to her coach Matt Horsnell, a wonderful coach and mentor to many young local central coast athletes.

My grandson and I have enjoyed the funky vibes in Long Jetty today and it’s been lovely to spend sometime outside of the practice. Playing tennis at Jubilee Park followed by an urban and lake walk / ‘photo shoot’.

I would like to acknowledge and thank the dedicated and hardworking team of amazing women that work with me, Lauren, Fleur, Jennifer , Sandra and Mary-Ann.
