It's time to PUSH yourself 💪

We are so excited to let you know that The Push-Up Challenge is back in 2026 and you can support headspace Liverpool again!

From Wednesday 3rd - Friday 26th June, we will be pushing for better, together. Whether you’re doing it for mental health, fitness, or connection, now’s the time to jump in and push for better alongside people right across Australia.

National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2026 is All In, a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day.

Today, headspace Liverpool attended Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council's National Reconciliation Week event and had an amazing time connecting with community 💚

It's National Volunteer Week so we want to say a big, huge, giant, enormous THANK YOU to our Youth Reference Group volunteers.

The YRG are the backbone of headspace Liverpool and we couldn't do the work that we do without them.

We are so grateful to have this amazing group of people on our team💚💚

Today is the International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination. Earlier this week, headspace Liverpool celebrated IDAHOBIT in Fairfield as a proud member of the Fairfield Liverpool LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Network. It was such a special event and a wonderful opportunity for services and community members to come together, connect with each other, and learn from one another.

Part 2 of Youth Week 2026! Our Youth Reference Group hosted a screening of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie for young people and we had an amazing time 🍿🎬

A huge shoutout to our YRG who put in a lot of effort and time to make this event possible!

To kick of Youth Week 2026, headspace Liverpool's Youth Reference Group ran a cupcake decorating event. It was colourful, it was messy, it was so much fun!

Thank you to everyone that attended!!! We absolutely loved seeing the incredible designs that everyone came up with.

A massive shoutout to the facilitator, Nina Gordon, who showed everyone how to make buttercream, how to pipe like a pro, and how to unleash their creativity!
