Astral is known for her flexibility, floorwork and exotic style of dance.
Lawyer turned full-time fitness instructor and competitive pole athlete, Astral has been training flexibility, pole dance and other aerial apparatuses for almost 8 years.
After baby #2, I don’t have the luxury of stretching for hours anymore.
And honestly… who does!
So instead of trying to do more, I’m testing if I can do it better.
I’m running a simple experiment:
Can I get my peak flexibility back training just 3x/week, 1 hour sessions, including my strength work?
Each session includes
• Strength training
• Weighted mobility
• Active flexibility
Because flexibility isn’t just about passive stretching.
It’s your strength at end range.
If I can build strength through range, in theory I should be able to progress faster, safer, and with way less time.
I’m not starting from zero, but this is where I’m at right now.
Let’s see where this goes.
