Week 3 - Mother’s Day theme

Wonderful Lauren set up a love themed coloured rice sensory tray 💕🙌🏻👌

Glitter and painted 🎨 hand prints and magnets for mums

Story time on the mat , kissed by the moon and tucking mummy in.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all the wonderful mums 💐🌼🪻🌷

Week 1 term 2 ,

Anzac biscuit making 🍪👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 and crafting 🎨

**** No Playgroup 27th April - public holiday ***

Easter theme and end of term 1 🐣🐇🐰🥳

We had 🍫chocolate playdough with sprinkles and Easter cut outs

Rainbow 🌈 rice to fill up our reusable eggs

And an egg hunt for our little bunnies with crafted paper plate baskets 🧺

Week 8’s theme 🐠🐙🐬🐳🦀🐟

The kids were having such a great play no pictures of our messy play table with ocean creatures and blue and green ooblek taken .

We did capture bubbles and story time on the mat.

Thankyou to the parent volunteers in kitchen clean up /fruit prep and running the mat time and toy clean up that help make playgroup great every week 😊

Harmony week celebrations -Friends , fun and explorations .

Feel free to wear orange for Harmony day celebrations for tomorrow 16/3/26

Dirt and Diggers 🚜 was a hit this week and lots of new faces joining in the fun .

For great smelling play dirt we used this recipe

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 cup ground coffee
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

along with tipping out extra cocoa , flour and coffee grounds with the aroma keeping parents awake 😜

REMINDER no playgroup next week 2/3/26 Labour Day public holiday.

Week 3 - Dry flower arranging was lots of fun and mess for the kids , all what playgroup is about 😀
Great for sensory exploration and fine motor skills .
