Realmark Strata is proud to share that the asphalt relaying and pathway upgrade project at 663 Newcastle Street, Leederville Stage 1 of the carpark is complete!

Stage 1 has been delivered following detailed planning and close collaboration with the Council of Owners, the works have enhanced the presentation, safety and long-term condition of the complex and all stakeholders are excited to progress the next stages.

With significant weather conditions expected across Perth and WA this weekend, Realmark Strata is here to support our owners and occupiers.

A meaningful day of connection, reflection and inspiration at REIWA ELEVATE 2026.

Members of the Realmark Strata team joined women from across real estate at The Westin for a day centred around leadership, resilience and shared experience. Hearing from speakers including Carolyn Creswell, Lizzie Williamson and Fiona Blayney sparked thoughtful conversations and fresh perspectives within our team.

Stepping away from the day-to-day created space for our team to reconnect, reflect and spend time together - something that’s just as important as the insights gained on the day.

Realmark Strata is pleased to announce that the major asphalt relaying and pathway upgrade project at 663 Newcastle Street, Leederville has now commenced.

This follows a significant amount of preparation by our strata managers and facilities manager who have been actively engaging with owners, reviewing scopes, and coordinating with contractors to ensure the works were properly planned before starting. The team has worked diligently to align the project with the needs of the scheme and to establish a clear delivery timeline, collaborating heavily with the Council of Owners.

With the project now underway, these improvements will enhance the overall presentation, safety, and long term condition of the complex. Our facilities management team will continue to oversee progress closely and our strata team will maintain communication with owners as the works advance.
