Our great distributors in the north of Tasmania have got our multi national & international award winning chilli infused products in one of the best tourist attractions in the north, at Beaconsfield.
We'll have to catch up for a pint & a burger I think 🤔.

Unfortunately,
I have bruised or torn my Patella Tendon in my left knee. This has resulted in extreme pain & not being able to bend my knee.
So, Unfortunately the Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments Shop will not be open today. I need to rest up, as I have a lot of products to make this coming week.

So,
I felt like a Carnivore Dinner....
Coles had Porterhouse on special, so I cut my 700gm steak in half & seasoned with our multi national & international award winning Volcanic Hot Rocks salt & cracked black pepper.
Simply served with Hot English Mustard on the side.😋
Sometimes the simple things are the best, no veg or salad tonight.

12 years ago today my life changed for ever.
I had my spinal surgery & my surgeon gave me the news that I had to give up my successful window & pressure cleaning business & seek other employment after recovering.
It was at this time recovering that I was watching a Jamie Oliver DVD cooking with Chilli.
It was at this point a lightbulb lit up in my Endone effected brain, Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments was born....
12 years later, we are so very proud that this harsh card at the time was dealt.
Couldn't be happier to follow my passion for cooking & the humble Chilli.
