📣 WE’RE HIRING – FOH SUPERVISOR

Schnitty Bar is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Launceston, Tasmania.
This is a casual position offering approximately 22–25 hours per week (Thursday - Friday and Saturday)
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of our busy restaurant.
Requirements:
✔ Must hold a valid RSA
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
✔ Effectively communicate with the kitchen team to coordinate service and efficiently manage table turnover
✔ Handle customer inquiries, reservations and complaints in a professional and tactful manner
✔ Assist with cash handling, end-of-day reconciliations and other administrative duties as required
✔ Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
