We're putting the spotlight on sustainability ๐Ÿ”„ Join these upcoming events for a chance to learn new skills and support the circular economy:

๐Ÿ›  Repair Cafรฉ ๐Ÿ›  Hosted monthly by City of Launceston, this free workshop helps divert items from landfill, pass on valuable repairing knowledge, and connect community. Bring your item in need of repair to their new home at Windmill Hill Memorial Hall from 1-4pm this Sat 20 June.

๐Ÿ‘— Behind Closed Drawers ๐Ÿ‘— Need to refresh your wardrobe? Head to St Ailbe's Hall from 11am-2pm on Sat 20 June for a pop-up fashion market filled with great quality preloved, handmade, vintage, up-cycled and brand new clothes and accessories. Entry is free!

Launcestonโ€™s eclectic and wonderful Quixotic Books has a new home! Previously located in a first level space on The Avenue, Quixotic can now be found on George Street, sitting at ground level between Paddy Pallin and Samuel Pepy's Cafe. Inside you'll find walls lined with curios, canes and collectibles; a full suit of armour, sumptuous couches surrounded by stacks of books, and unfinished puzzles to challenge you in between browsing.
