Oak Tree Cafe

Well that’s a wrap, almost 7 years of Oak Tree Cafe is all packed and gone. I would of loved to have continued for another 7 but by body wasn’t coping with the 70hr weeks very well 🥴
I absolutely loved my job, the customers who became regulars and more like family. There has been a lot of tears over the last few weeks. I may of washed the windows as I was taking the oak tree stickers off, that was the last thing I did😕
Thank you to Shelly, Kim, my family for helping me to shut it down and Deb for helping me clean the cafe.
It’s weird not having to bake every night, but I’m getting used to it. Max (my dog) isn’t sure what’s going on he’s not used to mum being home so much🐕
All I can say is, thank you thank you thank you to everyone that came into my little cafe, I will miss the laughs and your friendships, Sue # # # ☕️😘

I still have a few Christmas puddings to be collected, I won’t be doing deliveries on Thursday 🥴😜

Mon 9-2.30, Tue 8-2 and Wed 8-12 (unless I run out of stock earlier)
I’m up and baking for tomorrow so the counter is full 🧑‍🎄☕️

With only a week left in my cute little cafe, it’s time to come and grab a REAL bargain. Giftware and artwork all heavily reduced, come for one last coffee/slice/laugh/anzac😜
Last full day of trade will be next Tuesday 23rd.
I am really going to miss this little place and all of my awesome customers that have become friends (if only my body could keep going) 🥴😞

House is smelling REAL good, been baking since 8.30about half way there😜Gingerbread, Anzacs and Choc brownie. More gingerbread, slices for cafe, zucchini slice and soup to go. Just as well I love my job eh??🏠🍪🎄🧑‍🎄
