Pure Design and Build

The teams first time using a 50mm XPS foam over a standard 300mm Waffle Pod set up. The feet should be a little more toasty.

We recently completed two bathroom renovations for a Trevallyn couple. They had a building report completed which stated there was a leak in both shower areas. As soon as I attended site, I went straight to the shower tray and noticed it was installed incorrectly. I explained how and why it was failing and how it should be completed. As we got into demo-ing we immediately noticed spot fixing, incorrect installation of niches and incorrect waterproofing. It is always important to engage with trades that are experienced and most importantly licensed and insured.

We, along with the clients are thrilled with the outcome of these bathrooms, that were done in a quick turn around to get the home onto the market.

Project Currawong was our first design and construct project. It started as a meeting with the clients and sketching out a box on a piece of paper, to being designed in depth by the team at Plans to Build and Exceed Engineering. A 3 bed 1 bath open plan living that was delivered exceptionally well by the team at Pure Design and Build.
