Could I have done edible images for the cupcakes? Sure. Was the end result worth hand-making every fondant piece? You tell me 🤷🏻‍♀️

This week has been INSANE but here’s a bit of mer-magic from last weekend! 🧜🏻‍♀️

Treats for Early Educators Day 🤩 Because when you do a job that makes 90% of people says “I could never do what you do”, you deserve all the cookies.

Fairy cakes have to be one of my favourite 🧚‍♂️

I love adding in little details like the golden embossed butterflies, tiny buttercream flowers, the dusting of edible rose petals - and having it all come together to feel like something straight out of a storybook (or the Viva Forever film clip for my 90s gals 😆)

🟩⬛️🟧 Retro Rubik’s Cube vibes for Leo! 🟥🟦🟨

Fun fact: I once made it to the finals of a radio Rubik’s Cube competition to win $50k then got disqualified because I studied at the sponsoring uni!

I’m still convinced I would have won despite the entries being a creative writing exercise, not an actual ability to solve Rubik’s Cubes 🤣

Beautiful Christening cupcakes for Conor 🩵

This decorating day started off with me realising I had thrown my newly purchased cross fondant embosser in the bin with the packaging (plus another embosser) 🫠🫠 So please take an extra moment to appreciate these handcut crosses for me.
