FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do we offer roadside assistance?

A: Yes. The Roadside Assistance is free unless the driver is at fault (ie: if you ran out of fuel!). See the Prices page for details.

Q: What type of vehicles do you have?

A: We carry a full range of vehicles from small to large, hatchbacks, sedans, people movers, utes and vans.

Q: Are your rates competitive?

A: Yes, we strive to keep our prices at a rate to satisfy our customers.

Q: Can I hire a vehicle if I don't have a credit card?

A: Yes, we will accept a cash bond refundable upon satisfactory return of vehicle.

Q: When I rent a vehicle, what time is it due back?

A: A rental day is based on a 24-hour period. For example, if you rent a vehicle at 10am Monday, the vehicle is due back by 10am Tuesday. A five-day hire is is 10am Monday to 10am Saturday.

Q: What are the arrangements for pick-up/drop-off?

A: You collect/drop-off at our Kelmscott office.

Q: Are my details kept confidential?

A: Your personal details will never be provided to any third party under any circumstances.

Q: What about refuelling the vehicle?

A: All our vehicles are rented full of fuel. You must return the vehicle full of fuel at the end of the hire period.
