My mobile phone got stolen whilst on holiday, so boost have kindly sent me a new sim but we have had to suspend the service on my mobile currently, so if you called or texted in the last 24 hours I probably did not receive it. The service should be restored in the new year apologies for any inconvenience

We want to make you aware that Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently experiencing technical issues across Australia. This outage is affecting several cloud-based platforms.

If you use services such as:

Xero (accounting)

Asana (project management)

Perplexity (AI search)

You may encounter login errors, slow performance, or complete unavailability. These disruptions are directly tied to the AWS outage and will persist until AWS resolves the issue.

Good news! Telstra Mail is now back online. You should be able to access your inbox again on the web, or via apps like Outlook. It may take a little longer for some emails to be delivered, but none have been lost. if you're having issues after a PC or device restart let us know :-)
