KICK START YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION!
It's too often, that as a strength coach you hear the same excuses as to why people aren't able to train and reach their goals.
With you guessed it...
1. "I don't have time", followed by a close 2nd "I can't afford it". Which would both be valid excuses... If there were in fact people who lived in a world where days weren't 24 hours long and currency didn't exist. However, for most of us earth creatures, that's not the case.
So. Rather than getting further into your old age and regretting that you starved yourself of the opportunity to see the true physical potential that your body had to offer. You can do something about it right now.
It doesn't matter what that is. Adhering to even the most basic program, is still going to benefit you way more than boycotting the best program in the world.
What is stopping you from being in the best physical and mental shape of your life, and enjoying your world with the freedom of loving your body?
