And behind our coffee machine is Richie.

The friendly face who somehow remembers everyone’s name, their coffee order and always the first to jump in no matter how busy the day gets. His work ethic, reliability and commitment to his craft are second to none.

Over the past 4 years, Richie has become an invaluable part of the BIB family. From crafting exceptional coffee and mentoring our baristas to bringing calm, consistency and plenty of laughs.

Part barista, part therapist, part magician, Richie has a way of making people feel welcome while delivering the same care and attention to every cup.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything he brings to our FOH team and to the experience our customers enjoy every day ☕️🤎
