I have been honoured to be part of The Tasmanian Prejudice Related Violence Working Group.
Together with the Multicultural Council of Tasmania, we invite you to participate in a community forum about how we can work together to prevent and respond to targeted violence.
Members from all communities who experience targeted violence (and their allies) are welcome to attend and participate in this conversation. After hearing from our guest speakers, we will invite participants to contribute to a plan to address targeted violence.
You must register to attend in person. Click the link and it will take you to Eventbrite to register: https://bit.ly/3Ul0m4D
You can also attend online.
An Auslan interpreter will be available in person, within view for people online. The IMAS venue is fully accessible.
This event and the community development project, "Why do you hate me so?" is funded by the Hobart City Council, and supported by the Tasmanian Institute of Law Enforcement Studies, University of Tasmania.
If you have any accessibility needs or wish to discuss the accessibility of the event, please do not hesitate to contact the project team at [email protected]
