It has been such an honour to witness the Yoga drop for these young minds. Over the past two days, it has been incredibly special to see more than 50 college students begin to experience the world through the lens of yoga.
It always fills my heart when the practice truly touches even a few people in the room , when they realise that yoga is so much more than shapes and postures. It’s a pathway to a deeper connection with the self, with others, and with the natural world around us.
Moments like these are a reminder of why this work matters so much.🕉️☯️☮️

After a long season of shedding what no longer fit, this year calls for something new 🐎movement, action, alignment. The Fire Horse doesn’t tolerate stagnation. It pushes you to step out of comfort zones, choose authenticity over approval, trust your instincts, and protect your energy so the fire fuels you instead of burning you out.
The Snake taught us to let go. The Horse teaches us to move forward.
🔥 What This Year Demands🔥 to start fresh. Honesty even when it shifts relationships. Freedom to explore and reinvent. Discernment to say yes to what expands you and no to what drains you. Alignment with what feels true, not what feels easy.
