Wingtip Wednesday | Nauru ✈️
Did you know…
At just 21 square kilometres, Nauru is the world's smallest island nation and 3rd smallest country. Its main road, known as Island Ring Road, is only 18-19km long. It competely loops the island, letting you drive end to end in roughly 20–30 minutes.
Despite its tiny size, Nauru once played an important role in global agriculture through its phosphate exports. The island's distinctive limestone pinnacles make its landscape unlike anywhere else in the Pacific.

Melbourne, seen through Origin colours 🌩️🔥
Did you know…
Since State of Origin began in 1980, Queensland has won 25 series, while New South Wales has won 17, with two ending in a draw.
In 1994, when Origin first landed in Melbourne, 87,161 fans packed the MCG — an Australian rugby league attendance record at the time.
Melbourne has since hosted 10 Origin matches, with the Blues leading 6–4 in Victoria heading into tonight’s clash.
But in Origin, the numbers don’t always tell the story… who takes it tonight?

Not a bad way to wrap up the day.
As we head into the weekend, where's your favourite place to watch the sunset?
For us, it's hard to beat the view from the flight deck. ✈️🌅

Did you know…
Perth is Australia's sunniest capital city, averaging around 3,200 hours of sunshine each year—more than any other Australian capital. From 30,000 feet, passengers can witness sunrise several minutes earlier than those on the ground thanks to a horizon extended by more than 340 kilometres due to the curvature of the Earth.
With all that sunshine, it's easy to see why Perth's iconic Swan River plays such a central role in the city's outdoor lifestyle. The river takes its name from the black swans encountered by Dutch explorers in 1697. Before then, many Europeans believed black swans did not exist, giving rise to the term "black swan" for something considered impossible or highly improbable.

A day in the life of a Charter Manager…
It often starts long before most people are awake — sometimes with a 3am start on departure day and one quiet check that every detail is exactly where it should be.
What begins as a single client request quickly becomes a carefully coordinated experience behind the scenes. Aircraft are sourced, permits secured, catering tailored, cabins prepared, and private FBO handling arranged with precision and care.
And it doesn’t end at wheels up.
In many cases, our team travels with the group too — overseeing arrivals, departures, schedule changes and the small details that help every guest feel looked after from beginning to end.
The goal? To make complex travel feel effortless.

Wingtip Wednesday | Darwin ✈️
Did you know…
From the air, Darwin looks like a living, shifting puzzle where tides of up to 8 metres continually rewrite the mangroves and mudflats. These tidal waterways connect to river systems across the Top End that are known for some of the highest densities of saltwater crocodiles in the world.
Thanks to the wet season, Darwin becomes the most lightning-active capital city in Australia, averaging around 54 lightning pulses per square kilometre. Its next closest competition is Brisbane, trailing at about 26. Electrifying!

Wingtip Wednesday | Port Hedland ✈️
Did you know…
Port Hedland sits in the Pilbara, where an ultra-flat coastline lets tides of around 6 metres run kilometres inland, sketching winding patterns through vivid red terrain shaped by iron-rich rock weathered over immense time. The Pilbara is famed for some of the oldest exposed geology on Earth.
This same coastline is also home to Cemetery Beach, a vital nesting sanctuary for the Flatback sea turtle — the only sea turtle in the world that nests exclusively on Australian shores and the one with the shortest migration range of any marine turtle species.
