Today as I was reflecting on the last few days in doing this challenge how I was feeling and what I was perceiving.
How often do you check in on yourself?
How often do you just allow yourself to BE present to what you are feeling?
Life gets so busy, and it is easy to push things aside and not look at what our body may be trying to tell us. The subtleties of how our body is functioning can be very easily overlooked.
Here are five signs your body is trying to get your attention

Again, remaining hydrated, good diet, exercise, supplements all help with digestion.

Here are five signs your body is trying to get your attention so you can feel free.
1.๐ด๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐:
Everyone has mood swings, and your mood should pretty much be even. There are times when your moods will be a little off due to hormones however, they should not be like a roller coaster. If they are then make an appointment to see your GP.
2. ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐:
Meditation and gentle relaxation techniques can help as your body maybe telling you to slow down.
If our life is unbalanced or we are having challenges before long they will show up in our dreams. Wanting our attention, asking for a resolution.
You may find you are experiencing broken sleep, insomnia, grinding your teeth or tossing and turning a lot.
A way to ease these experiences is sleep hygiene.
Sleep hygiene is so important for our wellbeing, rest, and healing.
An hour or two before bed put away all use of screens TV, phone, computers.
You may like to try instead, meditation, reading, or listening to some relaxing music, to slow down and calm your mind.
Stopping caffeine intake, increasing exercise throughout the day, and having at least 8 hours of sleep a night consistently.
3. ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐:
Do you sometimes walk into a room and forget why you came in. Or you go to do something and canโt remember what you wanted to do. Sound familiar?
If your forgetfulness or concentration affect your everyday activities it may be an indicator, stress is impacting on your life and your body is not coping.
If you have any concerns about your memory or stress you may like to seek professional advice from your GP.
4. ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
There are a lot of contributing factors to gaining weight and just as many ways to promote balance within your system.
Acknowledgement of who you are. Loving who you are and acceptance of who you.
Making changes to our weight can be huge, challenging, and daunting. Having the willingness to find balance can trigger emotions, patterns, or beliefs.
The desire to find balance can bring up old memories, pain, and old hurts. These can be reference points for your body, your ego to make sense of why you do what you do.
Through diet, exercise, increase water intake, supplements weight balance can be achieved and sustainable. I am currently doing a 28-day challenge to create weight balance. It is an incredibly supportive and encouraging challenge to be in. As I have said before, for me it is not about loosing weight but more about making changes to my diet, habits and to create different, sustainable strategies for my health and wellbeing. And I might add it is working!!
5. ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐:
Some say our gut is our brain.
Loose stools, bloating, IBS, constipation, are all signs our body is trying to tell us something.
Metaphysically, constipation can be an indication that we are blocking our energy and do not want to let go of something. Likewise, diarrhoea or loose bowels can be an indication of not processing something properly. Louise Hay, โYou can Heal Your Lifeโ and Inna Segal โThe Secret Language of Your Bodyโ are great reads.

As part of my reset iam doing a Winter Wellness Challenge which starts on August 1. It is a weight loss challenge.

After taking time out it has been a good opportunity to hit the reset button.
Reset buttons are great because I allow myself the opportunity to restart, refresh and create something new.
Letting go of those self-sabotaging thoughts. The negative self-talk, the โI should have done this or that.โ
When it is actually ok, we all have those thoughts.
When I look at some of the self-sabotaging thoughts, I realize how I am experiencing the darker sides to me, the parts of me that I donโt particularly like.
These are showing up as some of the traits in the saboteur and child shadow archetypes.
In this state of saboteur there is the essence of the need to justify, things been too hard, not enough time, things need to be planned and done just right. Perfectionism.
The other side to this is the Magician.
Anxiety free, not rigid, in flow. Is in total Prescence of knowing, in claircognizance . The magician is not afraid to do anything.
And the childโฆ Not wanting to take responsibility. Wanting things to be done for myself, not having the commitment to turn your dream into a reality. Everything is too hard.
Sovereign is the childโs light side, where there is clarity, concise and commitment. Strong boundaries, strong power the more creation is effortless.
Doesnโt ask permission and goes after what they want regardless of potential consequences.
So, when I look at these traits or parts I come to a place of first denial and then acceptance of this is where I am at and that is ok.
Setting the reset button.
Having a different perspective, leaning into the shadows, and coming to the light.

Well, Helloooo,
IโM BACK!!
It has been a very long time since I have been here.
The reasons there are many.
the main is I was having problems with my laptop and eventually I had to bight the bullet and buy a new one.
Then there was learning the new programs, and becoming familiar with the way it works, busy with work, fulfilling commitments, car problems.
Some would say these are excuses, below the line thinking.
Excuses.
Justifying why I have not done things I know I should have.
Justification is one of our needs of the ego, and to be honest it bubbles away in the background.
Our ego likes to keep us safe, in our comfort zone, separate from our true way of being.
It is easy to turn a blind eye and continue the path of least resistance.
So here I am breaking the cycle.
Closing the voice of justification to reigniting my purpose, reconnecting to self, and establishing new habits.
I will keep you posted.

Are you allowing yourself to own your dream ?
Or are you allowing others to stop you from achieving them/
I had a session today with a great coach Kate Southall who put into perspective my dreams, my goals and what I truly want.
It was through the process of understanding my values and how they related to my dreams of what I want my life to look like. What I wanted to see, hear, and feel. Surprisingly 2 of the main values I needed to get me to where I wanted to be, werenโt there.!!!
MMMM now that was a big wakeup call and realization.
If my goals werenโt aligned to my values, then how serious was I about making my dreams a reality?
And how serious was I in changing in order to move forward. Big questions that touched a nerve.
I wasnโt sure I wanted to acknowledge the answer, yet I knew that owning my feelings and where I was had to be known, had to be owned.
So I invite you to look at your values and see where you are heading.
Is it where you want to move toward or are you getting sidetracked and staying in your comfort zone?

Its not only the sense of defeat, failure, and all the negative emotions, feelings that come to the surface it is the realization of am I willing to accept the defeat,
Am I willing to accept what iam feeling, the negative emotions that surface and am I willing to be seen as failing?
It can be challenging to accept who we are being and what we have done particularly if we havenโt the results we desire.
How willing are you to change?
Confronting, challenging, scary? ๐ฌ๐๐ฆ!!!
So then the question is how willing are you to move forward and create what you want or are you more willing to stay in your comfort zone or live in your past.

56 hours sleeping
40 hours working (on average)
35 hours eating, showering, travelling etc.
37 hours enough time. Pursue your dream.

What is your priority.?
I often say this exact thing โฆโ I donโt have time when in actual fact I do. I just donโt manage my time as effectively.
That is mainly because :
๐ธI feel tired and canโt be bothered doing what is needed so I can move ahead with plans.
๐ธI procrastinate and do something other than focusing on my end result.
๐ธBelieving that I am not worthy of the results I desire.
๐ธI decide to walk the dogs or go the beach instead of doing the work.
๐ธThe reason behind what I want (my why) is not big enough.
๐ธOr that Iam playing small as facing up to truths and the reality I have created is too painful, so I retreat and stay immobilized in reluctance
๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐?
One way to move forward I have found is to nourish my body with healthy food and nutraceuticals that work in restoring, renewing, and balancing my body physically, emotionally, and mentally.
