Just completed my first 3 day juice cleanse ✅

3 days no food… resetting my body and teaching it to burn my fat for energy instead of the food in it, flushing out my system 💪

I started at 91.5Kg and today I weighed in at 87K

Big shoutout to my brother who coached me through it .tuiqere without him I would never had been encouraged to do it ❤️‍🔥

Now it’s time to lock in with training and diet for the next 2 months and see how we can get this physique looking 🧱

Highly recommend challenging yourself with a juice cleanse, was 1000% worth it 🫡

Just to clear things up since my inbox has been getting flooded with people questioning me on the situation… one thing I can say is I’m not the type of person to sleep with a girl who is in a relationship, if I know they have a partner there’s no way I’m trying to sleep with them. I’m not the type of guy to be a home wrecker and now I’m going celibate after all this 😂💯

Juice cleanse: Day 1/3

The brother .tuiqere got me on a coaching program for training and said we need to start with a juice cleanse to reset my metabolism, pretty much a massive reset for my body.

I will be documenting the journey, excited to see how this transformation goes 💪💯
