I had the pleasure of designing a new logo and some online and printed promotional content for Woodend Playgroup.

With its childlike, playful shapes and bright colours, the logo evokes all that Woodend Playgroup is about...a place in the trees for play, interaction and finding new connections for babies, children and parents alike.

I worked on promotional material for various fundraising events, and always tried to bring a sense of wonder and fun to them.

Pair Up is the brainchild of local Macedon Ranges Educational Consultant, Olivia. They offer educational coaching to schools, and their mission is to nurture the wellbeing of students and their support network.

The Pair Up logo I designed suggests a "pairing up" or collaboration with the use of the physical connection of the r and u, representative of a close collaboration between the child, their parents, teachers and Pair Up. A collaboration that fosters close bonds and effective social and emotional learning.

It's use of bright yet soothing colours and simple, playful line are evocative of the children Pair Up work with.

The imagery used reflects these themes of collaboration, connectedness and learning.

Spiritualme is the parent company of global online platforms Sissoo (health and wellbeing) and The Vintage Ark (pre-loved furniture and decor), based in Munich, Germany. They're all about caring for humanity and the earth through their wellbeing services and eco-friendly products.

The design of their logo is based on spirituality, wellbeing, growth, balance and harmony through the use of the lotus flower, the tree of life and mandala symbols, and the colours of the chakras.

I have paired the logo with muted imagery that suggests nurture, balance and a deep love and connectedness to our environment, to create a calm, harmonious brand.

Ross Didier is a Melbourne-based furniture designer who I had the privilege of working with to design a logo and a variety of promotional material for his business, Didier. His furniture oozes minimalist beauty and quality craftsmanship.

The logo needed to be very simple to allow the furniture and gorgeous product photography to be the heroes. The accompanying promotional material portrayed an urban, minimalist feel with the use of clean lines, a lot of negative space and muted colours.

The Vintage Ark is an online space for pre-loved furniture and decor items, another project of passion of mine that I launched and managed solo until it merged with Munich-based company, Spiritualme. It's been an exciting journey!

I wanted the business name to reflect our passion for a circular economy, for saving vintage items from landfill, much in the way Noah's Ark saved animals from the floods : ) An ark, a nurturing place for vintage pieces.

The logo I designed is evocative of an ark floating in water, but also of a Mid-Century Modern/Art Deco aesthetic (styles that feature strongly in the items we sell), with its strong use of colour, line and shape from those eras.

The brand imagery to accompany the logo reflects the products and an understated sense of nostalgic style.

Adele Townshend is an interior designer based in Melbourne. She has an exquisite eye for design and all things beautiful and needed a logo and brand to reflect this. I wanted to create a contemporary brand that was simple enough to allow her designs to shine. 🩶

I created a logo with clean lines to reflect the interconnecting spaces that Adele designs and her minimalist, yet sometimes feminine, aesthetic. Using a calming colour palette and simple imagery, the brand embodies the understated beauty of Adele's interiors.

Loft Contemporary Art Space was a loft-style art gallery in Abbotsford, Melbourne, a love project that I co-launched and directed. We curated around 10 art exhibitions over the course of a year, it was such a fantastic experience! 🖤

The logo I designed is a series of interconnecting lines, reminiscent of an industrial warehouse, a loft-style building.

The brand imagery to accompany the logo brought a sense of industrial chic, which not only reflected the space, but also the style of art that we curated for our exhibitions.

Embodied Nutrition is a holistic mind and body practice, which focuses on diet and movement to heal and reprogram your mind so that you can live your best life! 💗🩵💗

I worked closely with owner Lisa to create a logo that aligned with her vision and aesthetic. The logo is a visual representation of her work practices including diet, spirituality, movement and a sense of nurturing care. 🫛🥑🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️ The use of calm, soothing colours and shapes adds to a sense of harmony.

Dublin-based printing firm Continuprint underwent a rebranding as The Continu Group, encompassing ContinuPrint and ContinuDesign, with the launch of their new logos and brand. 🩵

The concept behind the logos stemmed from the form of the printing press – a continuous line of production represented in the 'nu' of continu. This theme was mirrored in accompanying promotional material with the use of a continuous, repetitive line.

Jenny is the force behind Gecko Yoga, a yoga studio based in Hong Kong, which focuses on kids' yoga. It was a pleasure to work with Jenny and her fantastic sense of fun and positivity! 🧘🏼

We worked together closely to bring the same sense of fun to her Gecko Yoga logo and brand, with the use of our cute gecko character and bright colours. 🦎

A sense of movement is depicted with the use of a wobbly, undulating line. The body's chakras are represented by spots of varying colours running up the gecko's back.
