The Sisters in Strength workshop went OFF last weekend!! 💥 Introducing 50 women to the empowerment of strength sports and the Strongwoman way, there were guest speakers, strongwoman activities, SHOTS, and tasty treats for all! 😄 I'm so proud of our good mates Kerryn Siems and Mari-ko Firetwirler for bringing their vision to life and putting on such an epic workshop. The future is looking very bright! ☀🌈🌟
