A nice bathroom reno for a client we completed last week in Ballarat. The green feature wall is a standout.

This was one of my favourite regrouts. Was asked to regrout, resilicone and install new shower screen in this heritage style home. During the works we discovered a heritage border tile that had been painted over in white. We managed to reveal the border tile from under the paint and add the character back to the bathroom. Completed this regrout and resilicone today. I thought i'd seen it all. This shower was previously regrouted in epoxy grout by a very well known Australian wide grout company, you might of heard the jingle on tv. They just wiped the epoxy over the top of the original grout.
Jobs now completed properly with the extraction of the epoxy and old grout. New grout in and resiliconed to match.

Wow. The ex home owner decided to retile their bathroom prior to selling. Un level, tile edge lippage, big uneven gaps, jagged cut edges around niche, drain not set properly, the thickest silicone lines I've ever seen, a big doozy.

Client wanted the shower to look good and be functional. She was quoted $18k to rip it out and start again and was told that's the only way.

She then contacted me for a regrout and resilicone and to do somthing about that horrible looking niche.

A nice trim was put around the niche, new water repellent, mould resistant grout and new mould resistant silicone all around.

The results speak for themselves. And I saved her just over 17k.

Its amazing just what a regrout and resilicone can achieve.
