Beautiful weekend away in Rye supporting a participant on a mini holiday/respite weekend. We went on across to Queenscliff, he had a swim at Rye, out for dinner to then on Sunday visited the Point Nepean National Park. 🌿🍃finished the weekend with a bike ride in his hometown 🚲

Belated happy new year from SPPORT (which has turned into a one man support service show) I am now heading into my 4th year of providing supports to this awsome community ✨ I really have loved every second in this industry. Meeting, supporting, laughing and growing alongside some amazing people. This year I am looking forward to offering support coordination alongside individual support and respite. Since I started some highlights for me through SPPORT have been moving to QLD to support a long term participant with the transition of moving states, seeing support worker Alisha support a participant to the Gold Coast and just spending time with those that I support as well as watching them grow as a person and work towards their goals alongside me. I have so many core memories spent having fun with those I support and am thankful everyday for what they teach me and bring to my life. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2024. 🤍 Lara

Some highlights of the week inc Avalon airshow, being extremely SunSmart wearing 7 hats and ticking off first ever football training sessions ✅ whaaat a week!! 🤩

Congrats to Jabyn on his efforts in gymnastics at a recent trip to Launceston. Sure to run out of space for all those medals soon 🥇🥈🥉🎖

Had the best couple of days with a new client that accessed SPPORT whilst on holidays with their family in Noosa.
we went to Buderim Falls, hiked up Emu mountain, did the coastal trail from Coolum to Point Arkwright and spotted 4 turtles, had a beach swim at Noosa and another at Coolum.
All the adventurous participants choice but allll also my favourite things to do! How lucky am I.

We're loving every minute exploring the sunny coast with SPPORT. 🌴
