BIG NEWS FOR CONVERSION ELECTRICS!
Today marks a huge milestone for Conversion Electrics — we’ve officially received the thumbs up from VIC Roads to complete emissions testing!
We are proud to announce that Conversion Electrics is now a VIC Roads approved RG240 Emissions Tester, with Jay officially certified to carry out emissions testing.
This new service will be available from April 20, helping us continue to support safer, compliant, and road-ready vehicles across Victoria.

We have been busy re organising the workshop and office over the past few months slowly making room for a couple of new hoists

New 6t 4poster going in today and a new 5t 2 poster going in tomorrow

So much so that we have decided to take an extra long weekend to have as much time as we can throwing shrimps on BBQs and enjoying a few cold beers while fishing with our friends and family.

So from Jan 26th through till Jan 29th we will be away, returning to business as usual on Tues Jan 30th

Well that’s a wrap for 2022

We have finally after a couple of years had the spicy cough - Rona hit the walls of Essential Offroad

Therefore we are ( at this stage ) running a skeleton crew

We have a massive amount of work to get through so we will unfortunately have to shut the gates to the general public for a few days.

We’re looking for a Fully Qualified Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for:
Trade qualified mechanic
Must have a driver’s licence
Have a background/interest in 4WDs
Welding/Fabricating abilities
Service and repair abilities
Diagnosis abilities
Electrical wiring abilities
Able to be a team leader
Able to work cleanly and efficiently
Comfortable with answering phones, ordering and sourcing parts and talking to customers
