Creating Indigenous Wealth
The Corroboree Group of Indigenous corporations are leaders in providing quality services to the public and private sectors. We do this directly and in partnership with industry leaders and government. We provide services for Cleaning, Security, Recruitment and Payroll, and Minor Civil Works.

Corroboree FM exists for a reason that goes beyond the work itself.

Team members like Naushad show up every day and do the work with care and pride, and that work matters more than most people realise.

Every facilities management contract generates funding that goes straight back into our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP).

IPEP connects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with real jobs, nationally recognised qualifications, and culturally aligned mentoring, coaching, and support.

The cleaning is real. The service is genuine. And the impact it creates is exactly why we do it.

When you work with us, you're helping make that journey possible.

"Get yourself out there... they'll help you get there."

Meet Shaun, one of our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP) participants, who has been building his skills and gaining hands-on experience through his role at Old Parliament House.

Partnerships like the one we share with Old Parliament House are about more than service delivery. They create meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to gain real-world experience, develop confidence, and build the foundations for long-term careers.

By providing a supportive operational environment, Old Parliament House has played an important role in helping IPEP participants put their training into practice, learn from experienced professionals, and explore new career pathways.

We are grateful for their ongoing commitment to creating opportunities that make a real difference and for supporting participants like Shaun as they continue to grow their skills and pursue their goals.

"We believe it's very important to spread that culture so it doesn't fall off and disappear."

From spear throwing and weaving to boomerang art and sporting activities, organisations and community groups came together to share culture, knowledge and fun.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day possible.

The Corroboree Security team plays an important role in maintaining the safety and security of the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) at Old Parliament House.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank the team at MoAD for their continued support and commitment to creating meaningful outcomes that extend beyond core service delivery.

This partnership has helped create genuine employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within one of the nation's iconic buildings.

Through our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP), participants gain valuable hands-on experience in a real-world operational environment, building practical skills, confidence and industry knowledge that support long-term employment.

Together, we continue to create opportunities and build careers, while helping keep our community safe.

Meet Kiara, one of our newest IPEP participants.

Kiara joined our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP) four months ago and has quickly become a valued member of our team, working as Receptionist/Administration support at Corroboree Group Head Office.

Before joining us, Kiara participated in the Indigenous Apprenticeship Program at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and also has experience in reception and hospitality from previous work.

Kiara's next step is to study nursing before eventually moving into midwifery, following her passion for helping others.

We're proud to support Kiara as she works towards building her dream career.

“These weren’t opportunities that I had as a kid growing up.”

For Colin, our Managing Director and Co-Founder, supporting events like the Corroboree Group Culture Day is a reminder of how far we've come.

Corroboree Group was founded to fill a need within our community and create opportunities that simply weren't available to many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Today, we're proud to see that vision continue through initiatives like the Culture Day, where young people can connect with culture and community, and through our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP), which helps create pathways to meaningful careers and long-term employment.

Seeing those opportunities continue to grow and make a difference in our communities is something we're incredibly proud of.

Meet Shaun, one of our IPEP participants.

Before joining our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP), Shaun worked in construction and landscaping. He joined IPEP to gain new experiences and see whether a career in the security industry was the right fit for him.

Shaun has been a part of IPEP for two and a half years, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing new skills along the way.

While completing his security qualifications, Shaun joined our Corroboree Services team, where he gained practical experience delivering civil services before transitioning to Corroboree Security at Old Parliament House.

With his sights set on the future, Shaun hopes to one day purchase his own home while continuing to grow his knowledge and skills throughout his career.

We are proud to support Shaun on his career journey and look forward to seeing him continue to achieve his goals.
