A sneak peak of the recently completed project on Kangaroo Island. This incredibly intricate design by Built Design has been a masterclass in detailed ex*****on. The end result bringing a balance of traditional craftsmanship and modern construction methods which has certainly preserved the original charm and character of this historic home.

We are proud to be the construction partner for this iconic project. Through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model, we have worked closely with and to align their design, budget and timeline from the early stages in the design process. Now onsite, this complex project involves five key stages including refurbishment of an existing building and rooms, through to the construction of a new workshop facility and cafe building.

Construction is well underway - we look forward to sharing more progress soon.
