With the shift into winter, some classes are turning up the heat - our Power sessions will now have the heat on - while the rest of the schedule settles into a rhythm that supports the change in season.

Yoga remains at the heart of everything at Loop. That philosophy flows through our Pilates and Strength classes, shaping the way we move, connect, and show up. It’s this intention that continues to guide the community we’re so grateful to build with you 💛

Meet the team behind Loop ✨

At Loop, we’re more than a yoga studio — we’re a space for strength, softness, and deep restoration. A place where movement becomes a practice of caring for your whole self: body, mind, and energy.

Our teachers each bring their own unique experience, but we are united by one intention — to support you in feeling stronger, more open, and more balanced in your life.

We believe true wellbeing isn’t found in just one method. It’s created through balance and variety. That’s why our classes are designed to work together:

• Yoga for movement, breath, and connection
• Restorative Yin & Nidra & Sound for healing, nervous system support, and deep release
• Pilates for alignment, control, and stability
• Strength training for resilience, confidence, and long-term support of the body

Restorative Yin & Sound Nidra also holds a special place in our studio — a slower, more inward practice that supports emotional release, deep rest, and a sense of spiritual reconnection. It’s where the body unwinds and the mind has space to settle.

And just as important as movement… is recovery. This is where real integration happens.

This is the Loop approach — strong, grounded, restorative, and supportive from every angle.

Winter is coming and last winter was wet and wild. Here at Loop The Studio, we follow the sunshine. So for the wet winter months Loop The Studio will be airlifted and shipped to the tropics - think sunny warm days, balmy nights all year long. We are so grateful for all your support all year long (rain, hail or shine). We are hoping to see all our regulars at our new location once location has been confirmed 💛
