the conscious and the subconscious.Connecting the inhale with the exhale consciously and continuously is a powerful and safe breathing technique that opens this bridge and gives you access to parts of your nervous system that aren't under the control of your conscious mind and provides an opportunity for the body to organically express, release and to journey within unrestricted by the mind or ego. The difference in this guided Breathwork journey is that this is an active process between myself and you. I'm present with you the entire evening, following your journey and depending on what flows through during the session, I can support you with any movement, body work, emotional express and release, energy work or any personal guidance that is necessary in the moment. Conscious Breathing is one of the most effective ways of connecting us to ourselves and allows us to experience different states of consciousness whereby you may receive insights or messages directly from your subconscious and or the universe.This type of personal transformation has been compared to the expanded experience one receives during an ayahuasca ceremony or similar drug induced altered states. We then focus on setting our intentions for this journey and practice the breathing techniques. We then move into the connected breathing cycle. I am present with you the entire time following your journey and depending on what flows through the journey. While you are deep within the breathing cycle, depending on your intentions and the ares you wish to focus on, I can support you with any body work or emotional energy work that is necessary. After the breathing cycle, we slow the breathing down and I will guide you into 25mins of rest, relaxation and a deep self meditation. This is another opportunity to journey within and discover feeling of peace, connectedness and oneness. The session will then finish with ample time for integration and debrief.A selection of fruit is offered after the session to support in grounding back into your body and yourself. You then have some time to integrate and share anything you wish to share about your journey through the session.There are many proven benefits to your health and overall well being by bringing more awareness to your breathing patterns and relationship with your breath.
